Marcos Cordeiro

Marcos Cordeiro is a finance profssional and board advisor with over 15 years of experience leading high-impact transactions, scaling operations, and guiding strategic growth across Latin America.

He combines his background in venture capital, corporate finance, and M&A with his entrepreneurial drive to deliver strategic, scalable impact for companies navigating growth and transformation.

Over the past few years, he has advised on and held board seats in companies' liquidity events and M&A transactions, including Granado’s acquisition of Care Natural Beauty, Monuv’s funding round with Indicator Capital and Invest Tech, and Modalmais’ acquisition of Carteira Global and Refinaria de Dados.

Previously, Marcos was Head of Finance and Advisor at Rappi Brasil, where he built the finance and HR structure from the ground up, leading the company’s financial operations through two fundraising rounds and supporting its path to unicorn valuation (+US$1B). His work included implementing FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and ERP systems, as well as driving Brazil’s payments innovation within Rappi’s global team

He also served as CFO & Board Member at Arquivei, scaling ARR 6x in less than a year while allocating +US$5M in growth investments, and previously held key roles at Monashees, PwC, Grant Thornton, and KPMG, supporting IPOs, debt offerings, venture capital funds, and financial reporting across billion-dollar portfolios.
